"Our experience of 32 Siward Street has certainly been a pleasant one. Michael and Linda have always been available to help us in any situation before and during the tenancy. Any problems we have had with maintenance have been promptly dealt with by friendly members of their team. Teh house is ideally located, only a short walk to the university and it's proximity to Somerfield is great in a culinary emergency. The house is very homely with all the bedrooms being of a decent size, all with confortable double beds. All rooms have been decorated to a high standard with the new modern kithcen being a great advantage.
