"This house was efficient and in a good location to get to the town centre and to the campus for York University, it took only 20/30 minutes walking distance.  As a three bed property it is spacious and fully equipped in each bedroom with plenty of storage.  It was also easy to maintain and keep clean.  THe kitchen and applicances (minus a microwave) are reasonably modern and easy to use.  We were provided with a new TV this year which is great and was fitted for us with no problems.
The garden (back) is a good size and has a handy bike shed.
All in all the property was a lovely student house, comfortable and well equipped for the three of us to enjoy the year in.  The landlord and maintenance man were fantastic at helpind with any issues we had at the property and would be able to answer any calls straight away if we had problems for example, heating.    Flora Day (tenant 2011-2012)

I've been really pleased with my year in the house. It's a great property, nicely decorated and well furnished too. If we've ever had problems they've been dealt with and it's easy to get things sorted. I'm leaving the house this year because I'm going on sabbatical to Latin America but if I were staying in York I'd happily rent from Michael again. Very Happy."
