Our tenancy agreement regarding our student accommodation has been checked by the Student Welfare Advisers at the University of York and they will be happy to provide further advice to University of York students if required.

About Levi Dale

Levi Dale is a family business and was established in 1994 by two brothers from humble beginnings - Michael and Colin Cain. The company is named after Michael's son Levi and is the trading name for Walmgate Property Services.

The first property purchased in 1994 was a Grade II listed ex-Temperance Hotel in Malton. Our very first tenants were stable lads from Easterby's racing stables near Malton and finally we were underway.

Things have moved on a little since then and Levi Dale now has a sizeable property portfolio located in the areas of York, Selby, Goole, Malton and Whitby.

Levi Dale is not an agent letting properties on behalf of other landlords. We own all the properties we let, so you can be assured of a first class service.
